Who is the Profit Summit for?

When is it, and where?
The next Profit Summit will be held April 3-5th in Austin, TX.

What’s the schedule?
The Summit kicks off at 5:00 pm with special welcome reception. It will conclude at 4:30 pm on the last day so you can get to your flight if you’re departing that evening.

Who are the other businesses that will attend?
You’ll join an intimate group of 10 ecommerce business who are dedicated to growth. They are ready to drive repeat sales and increase profits.

Can I bring my spouse or a guest?
Because of our VERY limited seating, every person must purchase a ticket to get into the Summit.

Should I attend myself, or should I send my team?
We believe that, as a business owner, you should should have a basic understanding of how every part of your business works and why. You need to know whether your team is doing a good job. How can you gauge that if you don’t understand the systems yourself? If you’re the key decision-maker in your business, you should be the one to join us.

How should I prepare?
Before the workshop, we’ll audit your website and purchase your product to understand your customer journey and uncover growth opportunities specific to your business. We’ll also have you complete a detailed questionnaire that will help us understand your business and goals. Your responses to this questionnaire enable us to build the best, most personalized, strategy for your business.

What happens after the workshop?
We’ll continue to offer support and answer questions after you leave. You'll get access to the Brand Growth Membership where you’ll be able to stay connected with the other participants and get any help you need.

When should I fly in?
Most people will fly in on the afternoon of the first day of the workshop. There is an evening kick-off event the night before the workshop. Typically people fly out in the late afternoon or evening the day the Summit ends.
