HOW TO DO I KNOW IF I NEED A PRIVATE INTENSIVE OR A GROUP INTENSIVE? If you have a marketing team, or you’re using an email service provider other than Klaviyo, the Private Intensive is for you. If you’re a smaller ecommerce business and just diving into Klaviyo, the Ecommerce Profit Summit would probably be a better fit.
CAN THE PRIVATE INTENSIVE BE DONE AT MY OFFICE, OR REMOTELY? We’re based out of Austin, TX and would like to host your business here to offer you the best experience. However, depending on timing and your location, we may be willing to travel to your offices (there is an additional fee of $2,500 for Intensives held outside of Austin).
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME? We’ve found that having too many team members involved can do more harm than good. Because of this, we allow a max of four people to take part in the Private Intensive.
WHAT WILL I WALK AWAY WITH? It all depends on your current systems. In our preliminary audit we’ll identify what’s working well and what can be improved, and build a strategy from there. It’s likely that you’ll walk away with the framework for several new email sequences and marketing strategies, some of which will be completed on the spot, and others that will require a bit more finalization before they’re put into action.

WILL YOU WRITE OUR CONTENT FOR US? No. We’ll come with the strategy, but it’s up to your team to develop the content. You know your customers best, so we’ll provide the framework and you can fill it in with copy that converts.
